The Louisiana Gaming Control Board (“LGCB”) issued an advisory notice to all sports wagering licensees and platform provider permittees that may be exploring opportunities to operate, offer, or otherwise facilitate access to prediction markets, platforms, or event-based contracts tied to future events, sporting events or values in Louisiana and other jurisdictions.
The Louisiana Gaming Control Board is issuing this advisory to inform Louisiana licensed and permitted sports betting operations that Louisiana has prohibited wagering on the Jake Paul v. Gervonta "Tank" Davis boxing match that is scheduled for November 14, 2025 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.
