BATON ROUGE, LA – The Louisiana Gaming Control Board (LGCB) has taken decisive action to uphold the integrity of gaming laws in the state by issuing a cease-and-desist order to Harp Media B.V. d/b/a Bovada. Dated August 6, 2024, the letter mandated that Bovada immediately halt its online gambling activities within Louisiana, including sports betting and iGaming services.
