BATON ROUGE, December 10, 2025 — The Louisiana Gaming Control Board (“LGCB”) issued an advisory notice to all sports wagering licensees and platform provider permittees that may be exploring opportunities to operate, offer, or otherwise facilitate access to prediction markets, platforms, or event-based contracts tied to future events, sporting events or values in Louisiana and other jurisdictions.
